Catawba Valley Scale Company provides a comprehensive maintenance and calibration schedule to insure the longevity and performance of your weighing and force measurement equipment. All testing is performed in accordance with The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Handbook 44 Guidelines. Complete reports detailing physical condition and potential performance problems are supplied at time of regular scheduled service.

For our ISO Customers, Certificates of Calibration are provided for each scale or force measurement device serviced stating As Found and As Left values along with documents of traceability of our calibration standards.

Catawba Valley Scale Company also supplies Electronic Certificates of Calibration for our customers who file their calibration documentation electronically. This documentation is sent to our customers automatically thereby relieving the customer of having to retrieve their own calibration documentation from a suppliers web portal.
